  2. My vehicle is a 2017 RAV4 Hybrid. I have 2 phones. One is a Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra(7.0) and the other is a BLU HD R1(6.0). The BLU phone connects with the OBDLink LX with no problem and HA runs very well. However, the Sony (my new phone) can link to the OBDLink, run Torque Pro, etc. and other programs. It even appears to link through HA, but can't communicate the data - it does not come up as RAV4. I have tried rebooting the phone and reinstalling HA numerous times. It appears not to erase the original install and data properly, which may be the problem.

Is there a way to do a clean reinstall?

Is there a way to uninstall the link to the adapter in HA?

I work really like your app to work because it is very helpful. Please advise me of anything I can do to assist.
